Morning

 Getting up early and going for a walk in nature is a unique experience for me. I was not used to going for a walk in the morning, until 2018 when the Psychiatrist prescribed it to me. But I didn't make it a habit at that time. Then I started going on a morning walk again in 2019, then in 2022, 23, and now finally 2024. 

In the morning I find a little resistance to go for a walk, but then when I come back I feel very good. 

What is so special about Morning Walk: 

It has numerous benefits may it be mental, physical, or overall wellbeing. But the special thing is that it elevates your mood, and increases your energy. My life was full of chaos, and I had a lot of stress for so many months, and after starting my morning walk I found myself in a better condition than before. It helped me to cope with the stress, that if I had not managed in time, which may have led to more serious health problems in the future.
