I recently had the privilege of attending a seminar featuring Athar Amir Sir, where he shared his remarkable journey from being a UPSC aspirant to achieving the prestigious 2nd rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Athar Amir Sir is a well-known figure among UPSC aspirants, and his talk left a lasting impression on all of us. What struck me most about him is his outstanding personality and the genuine warmth he exudes.
In addition to his remarkable success in the UPSC examination, Athar Amir Sir is widely respected for his integrity and honesty, qualities that are highly regarded in the field where he currently serves. He currently holds the esteemed positions of Commissioner of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation and CEO of the Srinagar Smart City.
