Me: How accurate are you?

In our daily lives time doesn't matter at all or very less, but it does matter a lot in many situations.
Clock is ticking constantly, whan you look on your watch or mobile, let's suppose it's 9:15, but is it really 9:15 ? Because seconds also consider in making of time, may be it's 9:15:57 actually, (mobile/digital watchs generally show only hours and minutes) also it will take you few seconds to tell me the time. At the moment when I hear from you it will probably be 9:16, so do you just lied to me, or you said actually what you saw, but in the meantime it becomes a lie.
So how accurately can you tell the time?
